Master Guillermo J. Coceres

Master Guillermo J. Coceres began Martial Arts in 1969 at the age of 12 in his native country of Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He finished in first place in the Japanese style of karate, Shotokan. At the age of 19, he started with the Korean style of karate called Tae Kwon Do (TKD). Master Coceres currently holds the rank of 6th Dan (degree) Black Belt.

His Grand Masters include:

GM Se Y. Chang – former presided of the Maryland State TKD GM Kwang S. Hwang – Korea America TKD Union (KATU), International TKD Federation (ITF) GM Kwang S. Hwang – Unified International TKD Federation (UITF) GM Jae Kim – Kim’s Institute of TKD 5th Dan under Athletic Amateur Union (AAU)

Master Coceres trained and received his Black Belt Certification under the following Grand Masters:

GM Yong M. So – Hapkido GM Kwang Jo Choi – Choi Kwang Do GM Sang K. Eun – ITF TKD – Shim Shin

He has also had the privilege of participating in seminars with the following Grand Masters, as well as other great Martial Artists:

1999 – International Black Belt Hall of Fame – Instructor of the year in TKD 1998 – Letter of Commendation from USMC – Fort Meade

Master G. J. Coceres instructs Kukki TKD (full contact) for WTF Olympic Sport of TKD, ITF, Taekwon-Do, and Hapkido. He also continues to train in other Arts for the betterment of himself and his students.
